Our story, your tranquil escape
Mokoan Homestead was established in 1971, finding its home in the peaceful seclusion of Chesney Vale, just outside Benalla. We took ownership in 2003, driven by a desire to preserve the beloved family park vibe our guests cherish. It's more than just a park; it's a legacy of quiet enjoyment and natural beauty, ensuring a welcoming space for all.

We want you to leave feeling refreshed, invigorated by nature, and carrying cherished memories of laughter, relaxation, and genuine Australian hospitality. Our aim is for you to experience a true escape, returning home with stories to tell and a desire to return time and time again.

Nestled on fourteen green acres directly opposite the world-class Winton Wetlands, Mokoan Homestead offers a truly distinctive experience. Our boutique park provides easy access to interactive areas, bushwalking, star gazing platforms, and guided bird watching. We're a short drive from Winton Supercar race track, Baileys Winery, and under an hour from Mt Hotham, King Valley Wineries, and stunning lakes. We’re also walking distance to the Winton cafe and events centre, making us the perfect base for exploring North East Victoria's diverse attractions.
